About the Role
Were looking for a CRM Specialist who thrives on turning customer data into meaningful experiences. Youll lead the execution and optimization of omnichannel campaigns using Braze and Tealium, engaging customers across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app messaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage campaigns in Braze across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, in-app).
- Use Tealium CDP to unify customer data, segment audiences, and trigger personalized journeys.
- Design and optimize automated workflows based on behavioral triggers and lifecycle stages.
- Run A/B tests, analyze KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, retention), and refine strategies using insights and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay up to date with Braze and Tealium capabilities, industry trends, and best practices.

What You Bring
- 2 to 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Proficiency in Braze (segmentation, journey building, personalization).
- Hands-on experience with Tealium CDP or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance tracking.
- A solid grasp of omnichannel strategy and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in digital-first industries (e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or integration workflows is a bonus.
