About the Role
Were looking for a MarTech Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM, marketing automation, and outreach tools. This is an execution-focused role with strong ownership over data accuracy, audience engagement, and reporting.
Youll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure our tools are connected, our outreach is structured, and our reporting enables better decisions. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working with modern marketing technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
- Segment audiences and manage contact lifecycles within the CRM.
- Execute CRM-based engagement campaigns (email, follow-ups, nurturing).
- Draft and execute CRM and outreach content (emails, follow-ups, sequences) using AI tools, ensuring clarity, relevance, and brand alignment without dependency on external content support.
- Manage outreach tools such as Amplemarket or similar platforms.
- Coordinate outreach lists, sequences, and performance tracking.
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM and outreach tools.
- Prepare regular reports on campaigns, outreach activity, and overall marketing performance.
- Track key metrics such as engagement, responses, conversions, and pipeline impact.
- Support continuous improvement of MarTech processes and workflows..

What Were Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
or similar CRM platforms. - Strong ability to independently draft and refine CRM and outreach content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar).
- Comfortable owning end-to-end execution — from content drafting to tool execution and reporting.
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Amplemarket, Apollo, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of lead funnels, lifecycle management, and automation.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and reports.
- Ability to manage routine execution with consistency and accuracy.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working in fast-paced or growth-focused teams.
- Comfort working with tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving marketing technologies.
